The main aim of the course is to give knowledge to the students, on the contemporary technologies for production of electronic systems (Printed Circuit Boards, Modules etc.), to be able to realize and estimate the properties of the technological sequences during their design.
The main areas from Surface Mount Technology (SMT) are described. The main types of elements (simple, complex, areas) and processes are shown. A special attention is put on the properties of materials, solder past dispensing, device placement and
soldering. The methods of control and repairing are described.
