The main goal is students to obtain basic knowledge about requirements of technology and building
circuits of microelectronic devices. This knowledge will let students to take fast and correct
decisions in their practice.
The basic problems of the microelectronics circuits and systems design are examined. A special
attention is taken on the methods of their construction especially those considering miniaturisation
and building topology of basic devices.
