The objective of the education in “Methods for Layer Deposition in Electronics” is to provide students knowledge and skills in the technology of electronics manufacture in its part related to the formation of functional and protective layers with application in electronics and microelectronics.
The course deals with topics, concerning the concrete application of layers in electronics, semiconductor technology, hybrid microsystems and multichip modules, for passive devices and contact systems, in the PCB technology. Students acquire knowledge and skills in the fundamental methods for layer formation and testing of their main parameters in the specific devices.
